Dec 25, 2024 By Sarah Davis

Iranian-Dutch vocalist Sevdaliza secures her inaugural top 10 placement on a Billboard Latin radio chart with her collaboration with Karol G, titled "No Me Cansaré." The track ascends to the coveted top 10 on the Latin Pop Airplay chart, moving from position 17 to 9 (as of December 28th). This achievement follows a significant surge in audience impressions, increasing by 1.7 million during the tracking period from December 13th to 19th, according to Luminate data. This represents a substantial 52% growth compared to the previous week. The song was released on October 18th through Bichota/Interscope/Broke/Create Music Group.

"No Me Cansaré" marks Sevdaliza's maiden top 10 entry on any Latin radio chart, having debuted at number 22 on the November 30th chart. This accomplishment is particularly noteworthy as it is her second top 10 hit on a Latin chart overall, following the song's debut and peak at number 5 on the Latin Digital Song Sales chart for the week ending November 2nd.

Before her success on radio and sales charts, Sevdaliza had already garnered attention on the multifaceted Hot Latin Songs chart, which incorporates radio airplay, streaming, and digital downloads. Her collaboration with Villano Antillano and Tokischa, "Ride Or Die, Pt. 2," reached a peak position of 43 in May. "No Me Cansaré" also made its mark, reaching a high of 35 in early November, which is her highest ranking among her two entries on the chart.

On the Latin Pop Airplay chart, "No Me Cansaré" signifies Karol G's 15th top 10 career achievement. In 2024, she had another top 10 entry with "Contigo," featuring Tiesto, which peaked at number 2 on the June 1st chart. Prior to that, "TQG," a collaboration with Shakira, catapulted both artists to the number 1 spot in April 2023, where the song dominated for 14 consecutive weeks, the longest streak that year.

"No Me Cansaré" is a testament to the power of cross-cultural collaborations and the ability of artists to connect with audiences through a fusion of languages and musical styles.

The song's bilingual nature, blending Spanish and other languages, resonates with a wide range of listeners, reflecting the growing trend of multilingual tracks in the music industry. This approach not only broadens the appeal of the music but also allows artists to tap into new markets and fan bases.

Sevdaliza's unique background, as an Iranian-Dutch artist, adds a layer of cultural depth to the collaboration, which is further enhanced by Karol G's Colombian roots. This fusion of cultures and musical influences creates a rich tapestry of sound that is both innovative and engaging.

The success of "No Me Cansaré" on the Latin Pop Airplay chart is a significant milestone for Sevdaliza, who has been steadily building her career in the music industry. This achievement is a validation of her talent and the hard work she has put into her craft, as well as a reflection of the growing appreciation for diverse voices in the Latin music scene.

Karol G's continued success on the charts is a testament to her enduring appeal and the impact of her music on fans worldwide. Her ability to consistently deliver hits that resonate with listeners is a hallmark of her career, and "No Me Cansaré" is no exception.

The collaboration between Sevdaliza and Karol G is a shining example of how artists can come together to create something truly special. "No Me Cansaré" is not just a song; it's a celebration of cultural diversity and a showcase of the power of music to bring people together.

As the music industry continues to evolve, collaborations like this one will become increasingly important. They not only provide artists with new opportunities to express themselves creatively but also help to break down barriers and foster a more inclusive and diverse musical landscape.

The future looks bright for both Sevdaliza and Karol G, and their collaboration on "No Me Cansaré" is a significant step in their respective careers. With this success under their belts, there is no doubt that they will continue to make waves in the music industry and inspire others to follow in their footsteps.

In conclusion, the chart success of "No Me Cansaré" is a remarkable achievement for Sevdaliza and Karol G, and it serves as a reminder of the power of collaboration and the importance of diversity in music.
